Competitor analysis and pricing management Akla Hoteles, located in Cantabria, is looking to hire a full-time receptionist with prior experience to support our growth and improvement goals. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, analytical ability, strong presence, seriousness, and responsibility. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Register guests, assign rooms, and block reserved rooms. Understand and communicate room status, type, and location, while coordinating and supporting room maintenance. Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay (including external services), in accordance with organizational guidelines. Report last-minute changes—such as room changes, stay extensions, or malfunctions—to relevant departments. Handle guest billing, including services provided by other departments that are centralized in this department. Manage pricing plans for different seasons. Conduct competitor analysis. Handle guest complaints and claims, reporting them to the front office manager for resolution. Oversee daily work management and audits. Manage and review credit payments. Prior front desk experience is mandatory. Tourism-related education required. Basic computer literacy. Required languages: Spanish, English.
