Are you passionate about delivering high-quality service and working collaboratively? **Mission** Coordinate the company’s quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, brand standards, and continuous process improvement. **What will your responsibilities be?** · Implement, maintain, and supervise quality management systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards. · Manage and keep up to date documentation associated with management systems. · Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, as well as follow-up on corrective actions. · Supervise compliance with brand standards and internal and external regulations. · Design, coordinate, and deliver training and awareness initiatives for work teams. · Analyze incidents, non-conformities, and KPIs, developing proposals for continuous improvement. · Monitor and review HACCP procedures across all departments. · Support management and overall coordination of establishments. · Coordinate and manage the team under your responsibility. **Requirements** · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. · Knowledge of HACCP systems. · Relevant education: Higher Diploma / Advanced Technician in Quality or equivalent. · Availability to travel between the company’s various establishments on the island of Ibiza. **Profile** We seek an organized and methodical individual with advanced office software skills, orientation toward both internal and external customers, strong communication ability, assertiveness, and proactivity. Analytical capability, autonomy, capacity to resolve day-to-day issues, and teamwork are especially valued. **What do we offer?** · Fixed-term intermittent contract. · Salary: €26,700 gross per year. · Working hours: 08:30–16:30, Monday to Friday. · Full-time position.
