We are seeking a **MAITRE** for our CONDE DE FLORIDABLANCA hotel, located in the heart of **Murcia**. Key responsibilities include: * Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of staff under supervision. * Plan departmental schedules and shifts. * Direct, plan, and carry out all activities within the assigned area. * Ensure delivery of high-quality, professional, and efficient service to guests. * Supervise proper execution of room-service procedures. * Handle guest complaints. * Possess in-depth knowledge of and provide guidance on food and wine menu items. * Greet guests, escort them, and assign tables. * Gather feedback on guest satisfaction during service. * Supervise setup and restocking of meeting rooms and other event spaces. * Maintain restaurant/bar facilities in optimal condition. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a supervisor in 4-star hotels. * Formal education in hotel management and service. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are an asset. * Energetic, personable individual with strong customer service orientation and proactive attitude. * Leadership skills and ability to manage a team. * Experience in events management is advantageous.
