JOB OBJECTIVE Develop, coordinate, and implement animation and entertainment activities for guests at our adults-only hotel, fostering a fun, safe, and high-quality experience throughout their stay. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and conducting sports, recreational, workshop, show, and performance activities. Organizing and participating in themed events, competitions, aquatic games, and nighttime activities. Direct guest interaction: providing information, motivating participation, and addressing questions related to activities. Coordinating with other departments (reception, F\& B, maintenance) to ensure smooth activity execution. Maintaining animation equipment and materials, managing inventory, and requesting replenishments. Ensuring compliance with safety and prevention regulations across all activities. Collecting guest feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of the entertainment program. ### **Requirements** Previous experience in tourist or hotel animation or public-facing activities (minimum 1 year preferred). Education in Socio-Cultural Animation, Tourism, Education, or related fields (preferred). Languages: Intermediate/advanced English. Additional languages are a plus. Proactive attitude, interpersonal skills, dynamism, and ability to work effectively in a team. Residence in or willingness to relocate to the hotel’s location. ### **Offer** 6-month contract (SEASONAL). Competitive salary. Accommodation provided by the company.
