Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic procurement professional to develop their category, contributing to customer satisfaction and profitability objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Full-time position with flexible working hours and intensive working schedule. *Uvesco’s Procurement Department is committed to customer satisfaction by offering a diverse and carefully selected product range based on quality and variety, thereby building trust and loyalty with our customers and serving as a key differentiator from competitors.* **Your Responsibilities**: * Negotiation: Annual agreements to achieve profitability objectives. * Category management to increase sales. * Promotions: Management and negotiation of promotions. * Price competitiveness review. * Sales monitoring and performance analysis to implement corrective measures. * Product range updates (additions/deletions) — including innovation introductions and category management involving deletions. * Management and planning of in-store displays and activities, loyalty card initiatives, etc. **What We Are Looking For**: * Higher education degree (Bachelor’s, Engineering, Licentiate, etc.). Postgraduate studies related to the responsibilities will be valued. * Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Teams (advanced Excel skills are mandatory). * Conversational English and French are desirable. * Procurement professional with extensive experience in retail/consumer goods, or with experience in distributors or manufacturers, or in process/systems consulting within retail/consumer goods sectors. * Organized, planned, proactive, and detail-oriented individual. * Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Initiative and strategic vision for category development, balancing customer service excellence with achievement of profitability objectives. **What We Offer**: * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time position with flexible working hours under a continuous schedule including a lunch break, plus an intensive schedule on Fridays and during July and August. * Workplace: Irun.
