We seek a **Front Office Manager** with prior experience in hotels or tourist apartments, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and capable of efficiently leading teams. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, methodical, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. **What will your responsibilities be?** Lead, train, and motivate the reception team, ensuring high service standards and customer care. Supervise daily front and back office operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Manage reservations, check-in, check-out, and personalized guest assistance throughout the entire stay. Proactively resolve any incidents or conflicts that may arise, acting swiftly and effectively. Implement and monitor quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, administration) to ensure seamless operations. Prepare occupancy, performance, and customer satisfaction reports. Participate in continuous process, tool, and procedure improvement initiatives. **What are we looking for?** Prior experience in reception and team management within the hotel or tourist apartment sector. In-depth knowledge of front and back office operations. High level of English (spoken and written), minimum C1. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and conflict mediation capability. Dynamic, organized, and customer-focused profile. Advanced proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS), preferably Ulyses. Experience with quality management tools and customer satisfaction surveys is valued. Ability to make effective decisions and work under pressure.
