Location: Calle Albarracín 42, 28037 Madrid Metro Lines L5 and L7. Work Schedule and Hours * Full-time position * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) * Availability from Monday to Sunday, with rest days as stipulated by law Main Responsibilities * Guest greeting and assistance * Check-in and check-out procedures * Reservation management and billing * Telephone and email correspondence handling * Incident resolution and support to the front desk team * Coordination with other hotel departments Requirements º Foreign applicants must hold valid residence and work permits. * Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles (hotel experience preferred) * Fluent Spanish * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (additional languages are a plus) * Basic computer skills * Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented individual * Professional appearance and strong communication skills Terms and Conditions * Salary according to the Madrid Hospitality Collective Agreement * Employment at a hotel belonging to an international chain * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €18,000.00–€22,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site
