Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and operational procedures in the area, according to hotel-established standards. * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and operational procedures in the area, according to hotel-established standards. * Load and unload the dishwasher, dry and organize tableware, cutlery, and glassware. * Clean and prepare kitchen utensils and equipment, making them available to the Chef and Kitchen Assistant. * Clean the kitchen area, efficiently managing time and ensuring optimal final results. * Clean kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in perfect condition for the next service. * Perform cleaning of the office. * Place weekly cleaning supplies orders and report them to the Head Chef. * Prepare tableware for the organization’s various points of sale to streamline the work of the team. * Comply with the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing job functions. * Ensure proper use of materials and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils and notifying accordingly. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Graduate of ESO / Professional Certification in Cooking. Food Handler Certificate. Minimum one year of experience in this role, within a 5\* environment and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels \& Resorts or similar. English is desirable; other languages are also valued.
