




Job Summary: We are looking for a Masterdata Administrator to create and maintain chemical product data for the Legal Entities of Ravago Chemicals Europe, ensuring consistency and quality of information. We are currently seeking talent for the position of **Masterdata Administrator**, responsible for creating products for all Legal Entities of Ravago Chemicals Europe. This position will be based in **Sant Vicenç de Castellet**, at our SVC Chemical Storage Service offices—a strategic area dedicated to the safe and efficient storage and distribution of chemical products. * **Create product entries in the system** for products distributed by Ravago Chemicals, in accordance with defined internal procedures. * Review and maintain the entire **product database** in the system (attributes, codes, classifications, units of measure, packaging, customer/supplier, etc.). * Update data resulting from **technical, commercial, or regulatory changes**, ensuring consistency and traceability (version control, audit trail). * Coordinate with Legal Entities to ensure **completeness and quality of information** (inputs, validations, effective dates). * Act as the **operational liaison** between LEs and external consultants for the generation/update of safety data sheets and notifications (data and file management, deadlines, formats). * Ensure compliance with **internal management standards** (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) regarding procedures, records, and document control of data. * Education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Documentation and Administration Management, or Industrial Chemistry. Experience: * **2–3 years in similar roles**, preferably with exposure to the logistics industry or industrial environments. * Languages: **English level B2** (mandatory for communication with international Legal Entities). * Key competencies: Organized individual, process-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling large volumes of data in ERP systems. * Desirable: Basic knowledge of chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, SDS) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision/Business Central).
