We are launching a recruitment process to fill a Customer Service Representative position with Back Office Commercial Support for one of our laboratories located in Zamudio. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------ * Client contact for managing calibration equipment, acting as the liaison between our clients and our calibration laboratory. * Management of calibration plans. * Monitoring of client calibrations conducted in our laboratory. * Recording incidents, tracking them, and implementing solutions. * Monthly billing for assigned clients. * Monitoring intercompany work (between our Trescal Spain laboratories). * Preparing basic quotations and renewing them. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS** -------------------------------------------- * Vocational Training Qualification (CFGS) in Administration, Commerce/Marketing, or related fields. * Approximately 1–2 years’ experience in customer service in roles similar to those described above. * Teamwork skills.
