




Job Summary: We are seeking a Central Services Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the company's primary point of contact, ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations. We are looking to hire a **Central Services Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** for our headquarters. ### **What will be your mission?** To serve as the company’s primary point of contact, ensuring excellent service to clients, suppliers, and internal staff, as well as the efficient operation of the reception area and general services. ### **Your main responsibilities** * Answering phone calls and greeting visitors, clients, and suppliers in person. * Managing and routing incoming calls. * Organizing and preparing meeting rooms. * Monitoring facility conditions and coordinating incident resolution. * Managing and replenishing office supplies. * Managing printers and consumables. * Handling parcel and courier services (dispatches and receptions). * Registering delivery notes and providing basic administrative support. * Supporting the organization of training sessions, meetings, and onboarding programs. * Providing cross-departmental support (HR, Management, Administration). ### **What are we looking for?** **Minimum requirements:** * Training in Administration (Vocational Training at Intermediate or Advanced Level or equivalent). * Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in reception or similar roles. * Proficiency in office software. * High-level fluency in both Spanish and Catalan. **Desirable:** * Experience in corporate environments or high-volume work settings. * Experience in administrative and cross-functional support tasks. ### **Key competencies** * Organization and planning. * Customer orientation. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactivity and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills. ### **What do we offer?** * Stable position in a growing company. * Opportunity to join a dynamic team. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training. * Full-time, on-site working hours at SSCC (Lleida). ### **Are you interested?** If you are motivated by a dynamic environment involving constant interaction with people and diverse responsibilities, we want to meet you!
