Opportunities for professional development At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the Spanish holiday and camping resort sector, we are looking to hire a Canteen Manager for our Alannia El Pinar (Blanes, Girona) team at one of our establishments. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of the canteen and warehouses. * Receipt, inspection, and control of goods. * Stock control, inventory management, and product turnover. * Order management and supplier relations. * Recording of goods inflows and outflows. * Cost control and support for budget optimization. * Coordination with kitchen, dining room, cleaning, and maintenance departments. * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and storage regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in a similar role (canteen, warehouse, or logistics). * Knowledge of stock and inventory control. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in management software tools. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in hotels, campgrounds, or resorts. * Familiarity with food service and cleaning products. * Education in logistics, administration, or warehouse management. **We Offer** * Permanent intermittent contract * Full-time position. * Salary commensurate with experience. * A positive work environment within a dynamic setting. * Opportunities for professional development.
