Continuous training: We invest in and promote your talent, with special attention to improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will begin to sound like this…** * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and service delivery within the area, according to the hotel’s established standards. * Prepare the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies to carry out room cleaning tasks. * Clean and tidy guest rooms, checking the proper condition of facilities and furniture in accordance with established standards for each room type. * Inspect and ensure that guest rooms and bathrooms contain the required products and amenities, per the Room Ambience Manual standards. * Process and restock minibar consumables used by guests. * Monitor room conditions; in case of damage or malfunction, generate a maintenance report. * Track and record incidents reported in assigned rooms. * Conduct inspections and reviews of vacant rooms. * Collect and deliver forgotten items found in rooms to the Housekeeper. * Clean the corridor of the assigned floor. * Organize the assigned floor’s housekeeping office and all used work materials. * Know and remember guests’ names and preferences in their rooms. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Specific training in housekeeping. A Housekeeping Supervisor course is desirable. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in this role within a 5\*-rated and luxury-segment environment.
