Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** * Perform customer service duties at various outlets according to established protocols for each. * Ensure achievement of departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and service execution standards set by the hotel. * Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to customers. * Inform and advise customers about the various products offered. * Take orders and serve customer requests. * Process billing and collect payment from customers. * Assist in preparing work areas for service, including setting up and disconnecting electronic devices used during service. * Assist in table setup and preparation for service in accordance with Fuerte Group’s manuals and protocols for each case, verifying that all elements meet established standards. * Assist in buffet setup, breakdown, and service. * Monitor and inspect materials required to properly perform job functions. * Review and verify that deliveries received at outlets match delivery notes and original orders. * Store received products and/or materials in designated areas and assist in restocking. * Conduct inventory control of available stock. * Assist in preparing and setting up special events in coordination with the responsible manager **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Restaurant Services / Restaurant Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5\* environment and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels \& Resorts or similar is desirable.
