Continuous training: We invest in and foster your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language proficiency. **Your typical day will sound like this…** * Perform customer service duties at various outlets, following established protocols for each. * Ensure achievement of departmental goals and compliance with critical processes and service setups, in line with hotel standards. * Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to guests. * Inform and advise guests about the various products offered. * Take orders and serve guest requests. * Process billing and collect payment from guests. * Assist in preparing work areas for service, including setting up and disconnecting electronic devices used during service. * Assist in table setup and preparation for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group for each situation, verifying that all elements meet required standards. * Assist in buffet setup, breakdown, and service. * Monitor and inspect materials required to properly perform job functions. * Check and verify that deliveries received at outlets match delivery notes and purchase orders. * Store received products/materials in designated areas and assist in restocking. * Conduct inventory control of available stock. * Assist in preparing and setting up special events, in coordination with the responsible manager. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Food and Beverage Services / Restaurant Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5\* hotel and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels \& Resorts or similar is preferred.
