At **Senator Hotels & Resorts**, we are looking for a **Waiter/Waitress** for our establishment, **Hotel Senator Águilas**, located in **Águilas (Murcia)**. ️ **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Prepare work areas for service. * Provide direct customer service during food and beverage consumption. * Prepare simple dishes or meals for consumption. * Transport utensils and equipment required for service. * Monitor and inspect goods and usage targets for selection. * Collaborate with the restaurant/bar manager in preparing and executing special events. * Coordinate and supervise tasks specific to the area. * Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products. * Handle customer complaints. * Issue invoices and collect payments from customers. * Uphold the brand image and values of the chain in all activities performed. **What do we expect from you?** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably within hotels). * Food Handling Certification and HACCP, in-person Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), and training in allergen management and food safety. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in WinHotel software. * English level A2 (knowledge of other languages such as French or German is an advantage). * Service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, resilience, and planning and organizational skills. **What do we offer?** * **Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract**. * **Full-Time Working Hours**. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. * Exclusive benefits: discounts at establishments, insurance, and agreements with banking institutions.
