**Open References is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for one of our clients** This is a gastronomic restaurant committed to excellence, product quality, and attention to detail. We seek individuals passionate about cuisine and pastry who wish to develop professionally in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously learning environment. **Job Objective** We are seeking a **Waiter/Waitress** to join our front-of-house team. The selected candidate will be responsible for attending to and advising customers during service, ensuring close, professional, and quality-aligned service consistent with the restaurant’s standards. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and organize the dining area before, during, and after service. * Greet, seat, and attend to customers professionally and courteously. * Take orders and serve food and beverages. * Know the menu thoroughly to inform and advise customers about various dishes and products. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure agile and efficient service. * Set up, clear, and clean tables. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the dining area and work zones. * Attend to customers’ needs throughout their entire restaurant experience. * Adhere to the restaurant’s established service procedures and standards. **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Education in hospitality or catering, or demonstrable experience in the sector. * Availability to work split shifts. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently during service. **Desirable** * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in restaurants, hotels, or gastronomic establishments. * Basic knowledge of protocol and front-of-house service. * Knowledge of wines and beverages. * Interest in gastronomy and premium ingredients. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and maintain quality service during peak activity periods. **Skills** * Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork ability. * Organization and cleanliness. * Customer service orientation. * Proactivity and initiative. * Commitment to quality and excellence. **Job Conditions** **Schedule:** Open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner services. Weekly days off: Sunday and Monday.
