We are currently seeking to hire **a Waiter/Waitress** for the Restaurant and Bar area, aiming to deliver agile, friendly, and high-quality service. The position focuses on providing agile, friendly, and professional service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their entire dining experience—from service preparation to closing and payment—always in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare tables and service areas before and after each shift. * Attend to and serve customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. * Advise customers on dishes, beverages, and wines. * Serve food and beverages in compliance with BLUESEA Hotels’ quality standards. * Process payments and close service shifts. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, tableware, and facilities. * Restock supplies and collaborate in proper service management. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Coordinate with other team members. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels, restaurants, or bars. * Knowledge of restaurant and bar service. * Customer orientation and commitment to service quality. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations. * Languages: professional-level English (German and other languages are a plus). **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * Positive working environment. * Professional training and development.
