The main responsibilities include: * Delivering high-quality service to customers. * Preparing work areas for service. * Attending to and serving tables according to established procedures. * Knowing and advising customers on the various food and wine menu items. * Cleaning and resetting for the next service. * Monitoring customer needs during service. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of prior restaurant experience * Cocktail knowledge is an advantage * Must reside in the province where the position is located. * Advanced English proficiency .
