We are currently recruiting a Bridal Receptionist Trainee for our Madrid (Velázquez) store, responsible for delivering a unique and Pronovias-aligned shopping experience while ensuring achievement of sales targets. **Responsibilities:** Welcome customers and accompany them until they are attended by the receptionist or consultant. Handle basic incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate team members. Assist in appointment organization (prepare client files, review calendars, maintain the reception area). Keep the reception desk, counter, and waiting area consistently tidy. **Assist in preparing appointments:** organize gowns, accessories, and fitting rooms. Support the team during fittings with simple tasks (prepare the space, tidy up afterwards). Collaborate in receiving and organizing small shipments or office supplies. Serve water or simple beverages to customers when necessary. Support the team with basic administrative tasks (organize documents, print, file). Learn store processes and contribute with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. It is also essential that you are a positive individual, passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers, goal-oriented, capable of teamwork and problem-solving. Additionally, excellent communication skills are required, and knowledge of foreign languages will be highly valued.
