Key responsibilities will include monitoring cleaning in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring everything is in perfect condition and meets guest expectations. This person will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and other necessary materials. They will also assist in organizing cleaning staff schedules, fairly and efficiently assigning duties to ensure smooth hotel operations. Adaptability to changing needs and strong performance during peak activity periods will be highly valued.
