Job Summary: Support the Housekeeper in supervising the Housekeeping Department, coordinating the team to ensure cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance. Key Points: 1. Intermediate education in Hospitality and Tourism 2. Minimum 1 year of experience as Floor Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeper 3. Opportunity for professional growth and development Support the Housekeeper in supervising the Housekeeping Department, coordinating the team of housekeepers and valets to ensure cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of guest rooms and common areas. Supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, organize tasks, inspect guest rooms and common areas, and contribute to team training and motivation. Verify correct use of tools and products, as well as adherence to established budgets, ensuring proper warehouse management, stock control, and inventory procedures. Act as the operational liaison between the team and the Housekeeper to ensure efficient and excellence-oriented service delivery. Requirements Education: * Intermediate education in Hospitality and Tourism. * User-level knowledge of hotel management software. * Team management knowledge. Preferred: * Intermediate level English proficiency Experience: * Minimum 1 year performing duties as Floor Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeper. Preferred: * Experience in opening 4-star hotels with a minimum of 300 rooms.
