Position Summary: Support the Housekeeper in supervising the Housekeeping Department by coordinating teams to ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of the housekeeping and valet teams 2. Ensuring hotel cleanliness, order, and maintenance 3. Promoting personalized and proactive guest service Support the Housekeeper in supervising the Housekeeping Department by coordinating the housekeeping and valet teams to ensure cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of guest rooms and hotel public areas. Supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, organize tasks, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and contribute to team training and motivation. Verify proper use of tools and products, as well as adherence to established budgets, ensuring warehouse management, stock control, and inventory processes are executed correctly. Serve as the operational liaison between the team and the Housekeeper to ensure efficient, excellence-oriented service delivery. · **PRESENTATION, COMFORT AND DETAIL** **\-** Supervise and support the Housekeeping team to ensure that the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas meet established standards, aligning with the company’s Mission and Values. \- Set an example through attitude, attention to detail, and professionalism, motivating the team to act as genuine hosts in every room. \- Promote attention to detail and awareness of the impact a thoughtfully prepared room can create. \- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in cleaning, presentation, and comfort, collaborating on implementing corrective actions. **PERSONALIZED AND PROACTIVE SERVICE** \- Foster a service culture within the team based on anticipating guest needs and meticulous preparation of each room. \- Supervise and adapt housekeeping services to different guest profiles, ensuring personalized attention. \- Coordinate with other departments to expedite responses focused on guest satisfaction. \- Support room preparation and service initiatives originating from the Housekeeping Department aimed at delighting guests. \- Maintain constant coordination with the Front Office to ensure room availability and readiness.
