The company seeks to hire 2 Administrative Staff to support the grants team in Leganés, Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Calle Puerto de la Morcuera (Leganés) **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Quality control of all processes related to grant application file processing * Performance monitoring * Coordination and attendance oversight of the work team * Team training * Preparation of progress reports * Incident management **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the selection process documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP II) or a Higher Technician Degree (CFGS) in Administration (officially recognized in Spain or accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * At least 2 years’ experience in managing grant/subsidy applications for public programs and funds (to be verified during the technical interview) * At least 3 months’ experience in team management (to be verified during the team management assessment) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Excel training (course or subject: minimum 20 hours) * Valid Class B driving license **Merit-Based Criteria (Optional but Valuable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Experience managing grant applications related to Electric Mobility (to be verified during the technical interview) * Experience reviewing and verifying administrative documentation (to be verified during the technical interview) * Accounting knowledge (to be verified during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 9 months, linked to the execution of the assignment described in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union resources.
