Main responsibilities will include: \- Plan the company's financial strategy. \- Develop the financial process to follow, accounting, and balances. \- Prepare the annual budget. \- Prepare and analyze the evolution of the income statement. \- Establish and monitor annual and monthly financial indicators. \- Implement corrective measures for detected deviations to achieve objectives. \- Supervise the team under their responsibility. \- Allocate resources to the Management System, billing, and control. \- Conduct internal audits. \- Manage banking relationships. \- Review and approve internal and external contexts. \- Review and approve organizational risks and opportunities. \- Legal and labor management.
