Overview: Due to the growth of the industrial refrigeration sector, CCR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to continue our expansion in this specific segment of our overall business (commercial and industrial refrigeration). CCR is a leading provider of high-efficiency, turnkey refrigeration systems and services for the food retail industry. We are committed to advancing refrigeration through sustainable products and processes, and to enhancing merchandising through technical innovation. With a presence in more than 20 countries across Europe and a significant footprint in the Middle East and Asia, CCR offers a range of solutions and services to customers across all food retail formats throughout the region. Our operations are supported by 6 European manufacturing plants, 2 manufacturing plants in Asia, and world-class research and development centers in Germany and China. Responsibilities: * Working within the internal ERP system (SAP), including order processing, shipment coordination, creation of new work orders, invoicing, etc. * Configuration of refrigerated display equipment. * Basic calculations to support the Projects Department. * Updating databases. * Updating the internal CRM (Salesforce). * Supporting CAE-related procedures and legalizations. * Preparing quotation templates. Qualifications: * Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Vocational Training (FP) at Basic or Intermediate Level in Administrative Management, or equivalent. * Administrative experience (minimum 2 years preferred). * Advanced office software proficiency. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Strong communication, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and proactivity.
