




Job Summary: We are seeking a labor administration officer to manage employee onboarding and offboarding, resolve labor-related incidents, and handle full employment contract administration at a hospital center. Full-time morning shift, Monday to Friday. We are seeking a labor administration officer for a hospital center located in the Badalona/Santa Coloma area. Main responsibilities include processing employee onboarding and offboarding via the Social Security RED System, as well as resolving labor-related incidents. The role entails full administration of employment contracts, from signing and document collection to registration in •••••••••• The candidate will also be responsible for tracking contract expiration dates and performing other administrative tasks related to the position. Proficiency in SILTRA and strong Excel skills are required. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours will be in the morning shift, alternating between 08:00–15:00 or 09:00–16:00, plus one day per week from 07:00 to 16:30, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum two years’ experience in Social Security onboarding/offboarding (RED System) and recruitment. * We seek a responsible, proactive, dynamic, and versatile individual. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan. \- Spanish \- Native Catalan \- Native * GS in Administration or Human Resources.
