




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate for general administrative management, covering invoice registration, bank reconciliations, support for financial closings, and document management. Document organization and control We seek a person to perform general administrative management duties. Responsibilities include registering and accounting for invoices from both customers and suppliers. Additionally, the role involves performing bank reconciliations and providing support for financial closings at both monthly and annual levels. Document organization, archiving, control, and database management will also be part of the responsibilities. Furthermore, telephone support and customer service will be required. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 15:00, and Fridays until 14:00, on a full-time basis. **Professional Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience **Education:** Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. Knowledge of accounting management software.
