The selected candidate will provide direct support to the Finance Manager and participate in daily accounting and administrative management activities. We are looking for an organized, methodical, and proactive individual who enjoys teamwork and seeks professional stability and development. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the Finance Manager in accounting and administrative tasks. - Record supplier and customer invoices. - Perform bank reconciliations. - Manage delivery notes, filing, and various documentation. - Monitor collections and payments. - Prepare information for monthly and annual closings. - Other administrative tasks typical of the finance department. REQUIREMENTS: - Education in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in accounting or similar administrative tasks. - Proficiency in office software (especially Excel). - Experience with accounting software is a plus. - Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently. OFFERED: - Stable and permanent contract. - Working hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. - Remuneration between €20,000 and €22,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
