




Position Summary: Daily accounting and administrative management, including suppliers, collections, and bank reconciliations, within a digitalized environment, ensuring timely updates and regulatory compliance. High analytical capacity and attention to detail This position involves managing day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia under a temporary full-time contract. Key responsibilities include detailed supplier management—from invoice receipt through to payment—as well as comprehensive customer collections management. Bank reconciliations must also be performed, along with consistent support during monthly and quarterly closings. Organized documentation is essential, ensuring all digital files remain up to date and financial information is reported promptly to department management. Work takes place in a digitally oriented environment, facilitating agile data handling. We seek a methodical individual who maintains updated accounting records and ensures all documentation complies with current regulations. A minimum of three years’ experience in accounting or financial administration is required. A solid academic background is essential—preferably a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related disciplines. Advanced proficiency in office software, especially Excel—including pivot tables and complex formulas—is mandatory. Prior experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central is considered a strong asset. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high analytical capacity, attention to detail, and autonomy in resolving supplier-related issues.
