




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage orders, inventory, incidents, and sales representatives' inquiries, with fluency in both Catalan and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end order and shipment management. 2. Resolution of incidents and sales representatives' inquiries. 3. Filing claims with transport agencies. We need a person to perform administrative tasks in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, on a morning-intensive schedule. Working hours will be 6 hours per day, from 9:00 to 15:00\. The offered salary is €18,370 gross per year. Main duties include checking inventory levels and discounts, managing and filing customer order claims, and tracking shipments. The role also involves providing product information and resolving sales representatives' inquiries. Regarding order processing, the candidate will inform customers of any incidents and issue delivery notes. They will also handle returns, inspect received goods, and issue corresponding credit notes. Additionally, they will file claims with transport agencies in case of delays or incidents. Proficiency in both spoken and written Catalan and Spanish is required.
