




We are seeking an administrative professional to join the administration department of a company located in Valencia city. Requirements for this position include having vocational training or a vocational degree in the administrative field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—is essential. Knowledge of specialized software for billing and order management will also be valued. Main responsibilities will include general administrative management, issuing and monitoring invoices, processing orders, as well as client service and follow-up. Administrative support will also be provided to the company’s various departments.
