Procedures relating to vessel registration 3\.2\. Procedures relating to Professional Cards and Maritime Competency and Training Certificates 3\.3\. Procedures relating to Recreational Boating Licences 3\.4\. Procedures relating to Maritime Navigation Logbooks and DIMs (Mariner Identity Document) 3\.5\. Information regarding the procedure for submitting complaints and suggestions 3\.6\. Status of files or other inquiries * Exchange of the Recreational Vessel Navigability Certificate * Management of radio communications, LEBs (Ship Station Licences), registration and deregistration of radio equipment, and maintenance of EPIRBs (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons) * Vessel registration.
