We are seeking an Administrative/Warehouse Staff member to ensure the administrative management of goods incoming to the designated warehouse, thereby maintaining up-to-date stock levels and supporting store supply. **What will you do?** * You will organize vehicle unloading according to product type, warehouse needs, and internal management requirements to ensure orders are prepared within the established timeframe. * You will ensure drivers follow the unloading protocol to guarantee proper unloading operations. * You will report any issues identified upon goods receipt (e.g., incorrect quantities, damaged pallets, deteriorated products) to suppliers and accounting to ensure accurate invoicing. * You will enter information regarding goods receipt into the ERP system to maintain optimal warehouse stock levels and fulfill orders placed by stores, as well as record information on out-of-routine-order products. * You will resolve inventory discrepancies by adjusting stock levels to ensure accuracy and correct store billing; you will also extract daily warehouse-related information (e.g., productivity, pallets, etc.) for analysis and reporting purposes, while maintaining associated documentation. * You will manage the return and monthly control of European pallets to suppliers via the ERP system, and coordinate with our transport department for returning pallets belonging to our suppliers. * You will undertake and carry out any tasks deemed necessary within the area to ensure smooth operations, while participating in required training and improvement initiatives to professionalize your role and that of the Group. **What are we looking for in you?** * Vocational training (FP) in Administration or Logistics. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative/warehouse staff member within the logistics area. * An organized, communicative, team-oriented, autonomous individual with strong orientation toward internal customers. * Full spoken and written proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join a leading company in a growing sector. * Permanent contract. * Intensive morning shift. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Barcelona (Zona Franca). *Do you want to join our team?*
