




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for general administration, customer and supplier support, billing assistance, documentation management, and HR-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. General administrative management and customer/supplier support. 2. Billing support, administrative control, and document preparation. 3. Personnel administrative management and HR collaboration. We seek a person to perform general administrative tasks in El Real de Gandia (Valencia). Responsibilities include customer and supplier support—both by telephone and in person—as well as full documentation management, archiving, and database maintenance. The role also involves billing support, administrative control, and preparation of internal documents. Additionally, the candidate will manage personnel-related administrative matters, such as employment contracts, vacation scheduling, absence tracking, and incident reporting. They will collaborate in defining HR processes—including onboarding of new employees, training, and performance evaluations. The position also entails maintaining communication with labor advisory firms and other external collaborators. Working hours: Monday to Friday mornings. Permanent part-time contract.
