The position is key to our organization and offers the **possibility of remote work**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Place orders and coordinate purchasing with suppliers and laboratories. * Monitor and forecast inventory levels based on turnover and sales. * Record and validate goods in Shopify/Holded. * Manage shipping incidents: delayed, lost, or damaged packages. * Communicate with carriers and logistics warehouses. * Review returns and provide customer solutions. * Organize invoices, expenses, and documentation for accounting purposes. * Prepare simple reports on purchases, inventories, and incidents. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or administration. * Knowledge of shipping incident management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Highly organized, solution-oriented, and methodical individual. * Ability to work remotely and self-manage. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Shopify, ERPs, or similar platforms. * Experience in customer service. * Basic accounting knowledge.
