Good working environment and stability **Description:** ---------------- **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Through Temporal Quality, we are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for a company in the hospitality and facilities sector. Your mission will be to manage daily administrative documentation, attend to customers, coordinate incidents, and ensure that administrative processes are executed efficiently and orderly. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management and control of delivery notes. * Issuing and tracking invoices to customers and suppliers. * Telephone customer service and handling customer requests. * Processing internal and external documents. * Support in basic accounting and tax management. * Managing and tracking incidents related to services and equipment. * Organizing and archiving administrative documentation. * Managing incidents related to services and equipment. * Collaborating with the technical team to coordinate interventions and customer needs. * Reviewing documentation associated with hospitality machinery and equipment (kitchens, fryers, ovens…) **WORKING HOURS** * Monday to Thursday: 09:00–16:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break). * Friday: 09:00–15:00. Catalan and English are highly valued. * Proactive, organized, and responsible individual. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle multiple tasks.
