




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the administrative management of the corporate fleet, coordinating with departments and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive corporate fleet management (rentals and leases) 2. Coordination with suppliers and internal teams 3. Tracking and processing of traffic fines and Solred card management We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the administrative management related to the company's corporate fleet. The selected candidate will join the Administration team and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and external suppliers. Fleet Management: Full administration of the corporate fleet (rentals and leases), including contract and expiry date control, coordination with suppliers, and internal coordination with teams to ensure proper vehicle assignment and operational readiness. Fine Management: Tracking, processing, and resolution of sanctions related to the corporate fleet. Solred Card Management: Monitoring and control of fuel card usage, review of consumption data, and incident handling. Other administrative tasks * Minimum 2 years of experience. Prior experience in administrative tasks (experience in fleet management or similar environments is desirable). * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Catalan (spoken and written at advanced level) * Spanish (spoken and written at advanced level) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). Organizational skills, administrative rigor, and attention to detail. Communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning shift (25 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 1170
