Coordination with accounting firm, labor affairs, data protection, and occupational risk prevention. Office supply orders; payment and collection control. Submission of invoices and quotations to public administration. Telephone and in-person customer service. ### **Requirements** Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, Invoicing Software; disciplined and organized. Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance (approximate qualification or relevant experience). ### **Offered** Currently required for 6 hours per morning, Monday to Friday. Possibility of extension based on objectives.
