




Job Summary: An Administrative Assistant is sought in Oviedo for document management, customer service, and general departmental support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone assistance and correspondence management An individual is sought for the position of Administrative Assistant in Oviedo. Main responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing documentation, attending to customers, orders, and suppliers. The role also entails operating the switchboard and providing telephone assistance, as well as handling and monitoring postal and electronic mail. General administrative support will be provided, including document management, archiving, and collaboration with other departments. A Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance or a Higher Technician qualification in Executive Assistance is required. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is mandatory. A B1 level of English or higher is desirable. A temporary employment contract is offered, initially lasting 1 year, with possible extension. Full-time working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 08:00–14:30 and 15:30–17:00, and on Fridays from 08:00–14:30. Salary will comply with the Collective Agreement for Offices and Offices.
