




**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Administrative Assistant in Fuerteventura. **Work Location** -------------------- * Fuerteventura **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Verification of delivery notes, checking and recording of invoices * Verification and recording of machinery reports * Telephone support **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must justify compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Annexes documenting practical training, where applicable, verifying and certifying the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish ESO, EGB, School Graduate, or Baccalaureate (BUP/COU) qualification (officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). #### **Additional Training** * Accredited administrative training (including office software applications), totaling at least 120 hours. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Administrative specialty training totaling at least 2,000 hours. * At least 3 months’ experience using the Kofax software for invoice digitization (to be verified during the technical interview). ### **Prior Experience** * Between 3 months and 1 year’s experience entering invoices into the PeopleSoft system (to be verified during the technical interview). * Between 3 months and 1 year’s experience entering machinery reports into the PeopleSoft system (to be verified during the technical interview). **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule.
