




We are looking for a person to carry out administrative tasks in a prominent company in the food industry. Responsibilities include order management through internal systems and telephone customer service. The candidate will also be responsible for communicating with clients to resolve incidents and complaints, while coordinating with relevant internal departments. The role involves verifying logistical specifications in the system, managing transportation, and planning cleaning schedules. Transport communication will be managed through the designated platform, optimizing resources to reduce costs. Delivery notes will be reviewed, vehicle maintenance managed, and transporters received while requesting necessary documentation. Additionally, raw material validation checks and sample collection will be conducted, along with execution of unloading operations. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, with statutory rest periods. * Minimum of three years' experience performing the tasks described above. * We are seeking a person with team management capabilities and strong communication skills. * Proximity to the workplace and a valid driver's license are desirable. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Completed high school diploma or equivalent.
