




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to perform data registration and management tasks in the logistics sector, preparing documentation and managing cargo orders. Operation of computer systems In Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, we are looking for a person to carry out administrative tasks related to data registration and management in the logistics sector. Main duties include receiving and preparing documentation for both local and national vehicles, as well as managing cargo orders and vehicle positions through computer systems. The role also involves receiving documentation for freight vehicles and other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, including legally mandated breaks. A temporary contract is offered; prior experience in similar roles and proficiency with office software tools will be valued. * Minimum one year of experience in a position similar to the one advertised. * We seek a responsible, versatile, and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. GM or GS Administrative.
