




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with strong social and communication skills to provide public service and perform management tasks, with sensitivity toward mental health being a valued attribute. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone and in-person support for members, users, and suppliers 2. Management of social media, emails, and informational materials 3. Social skills, empathy, and teamwork are highly valued Permanent part-time contract (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 10:00–13:00) in Alicante. Monthly gross salary of EUR 510, with pro-rated extra payments. Administrative management training is required. Duties include telephone and in-person support for members, users, and suppliers, as well as basic archiving, document handling, and operation of photocopiers, scanners, and paper shredders. Also responsible for managing social media, emails, photographs, and informational posters. Strong social and communication skills, empathy, active listening, respectful interaction, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams are highly valued.
