The salary offered complies with the applicable collective bargaining agreement; working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9\-17:30 h and Friday from 9\-15 h. Proficiency in English and prior experience will be valued. Key responsibilities include: handling after-sales tasks such as utility account name changes; completing immigration forms; submitting applications for subsidies; processing tourist licenses; registering residents (empadronamiento); updating lease and purchase-sale contract details; customer service; document scanning; making copies; preparing ITP and IAJD tax forms (models 211 and 210), etc.; managing N.I.E. documentation.
