We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our administration team at our headquarters. Your Responsibilities Management of incentives and allowances, taking into account each employee's specific circumstances. Hiring of machinery, site cabins, tools, accommodations, generator sets, and other equipment. Procurement management: supplier onboarding, comparative analyses, and contracts. Monitoring and tracking of the monthly cost table. Site visits to follow up on administrative activities. Vehicle management: registration, deregistration, fuel cards, and coordination with fleet services. Occasional site visits. Requirements Education in Administration, Management, or a related field. Prior experience in administrative roles; experience in construction or site environments is a plus. Proficiency in management tools (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills.
