




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with accounting responsibilities to manage customer and supplier interactions, document filing, complaint tracking, and various accounting tasks. Organization and tracking of accounting documentation An administrative assistant position with accounting responsibilities is available in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara). Duties include in-person and telephone support for suppliers and customers, physical and digital document archiving, scanning, complaint tracking and document dispatch, organization of accounting files, liaison with financial institutions, invoice registration, payment control (suppliers, taxes, and duties), monitoring of income and expenses, sales reporting, and accounts receivable management. At least six months of relevant experience and knowledge of accounting are required. The contract is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:00\. The monthly gross salary is €1424.50, including pro-rated extra payments.
