




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with accounting responsibilities to handle customer and supplier interactions, document filing, complaint management, and accounting tasks. Document organization and tracking An administrative assistant position with accounting duties is available in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara). Tasks include in-person and telephone support for suppliers and customers, physical and digital document archiving, scanning, complaint tracking and documentation dispatch, accounting file organization, communication with financial institutions, invoice registration, payment control (suppliers, taxes, and levies), monitoring of income and expenses, sales reporting, and accounts receivable management. At least six months of relevant experience and accounting knowledge are required. The contract is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:00\. The monthly gross salary is €1,424.50, including pro-rated extra payments.
