




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle billing, accounting, bank reconciliation, and general office tasks, requiring strong organizational skills and efficiency in document workflow. Proficiency in basic computer tools We are looking for a person to perform administrative duties in Murcia. Daily tasks include billing management, accounting control, bank reconciliation, and other office-related responsibilities. Candidates must hold a university degree or vocational training qualification (FP) and have at least two years of prior experience in similar roles. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory for this position, along with fluent proficiency in basic computer tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. We seek an organized individual capable of efficiently managing document flow. This position offers a part-time contract with immediate start. Remuneration will comply with the current applicable collective labor agreement.
