




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage accounting, suppliers, non-medical inventory, telephone support, HR assistance, and membership management, while providing support to management and organizing activities. Multifunctional role with responsibilities across various areas. We are looking for a person to fill an administrative vacancy in Pamplona. The main duties include managing daily accounting, monitoring suppliers, and controlling non-medical inventory. Additionally, the role involves handling telephone inquiries and providing support for HR tasks and processing member registrations and cancellations. The position also includes direct support to management in preparing financial reports and identifying funding opportunities. Collaboration is required in organizing activities—from booking venues to purchasing necessary materials—as well as keeping the website updated and managing contact with trade associations for headquarters maintenance. The contract is temporary for two months, part-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 15:00 hours, with the possibility of extension starting in September. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance. * Teamwork skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience required.
