




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle document management, data entry, telephone support, and general assistance, with initial training and opportunities for learning. Administrative support and HR coordination Main responsibilities include managing and archiving all types of documentation, as well as accurately entering data into computer systems. Additionally, duties involve telephone support, administrative assistance, support in billing, and collaboration in coordinating the center’s human resources. To perform this position at Polígono Malpica, it is essential to hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Management, possess office software skills, hold a Class B driving license, and have access to a personal vehicle. Prior experience is not required, as training is provided from day one; however, knowledge of accounting and English will be considered advantageous. This is a temporary contract, initially lasting five months, followed by substitution due to leave. Working hours are part-time, totaling 30 hours per week, from 8:00 to 14:00.
