




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle vehicle-related procedures and provide telephone and in-person customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Part-time schedule of 35 hours per week We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks related to vehicle management. This includes processing transfers, duplicate documents, exchanges, and other similar procedures. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for telephone and in-person customer service. Candidates must have completed vocational training in the administrative field. Prior experience in both telephone and face-to-face customer service is essential. Proficiency in office software—including Word, Excel, and email—is highly valued, as is excellent public service capability. The position offers an indefinite-term contract with a part-time schedule of 35 hours per week, distributed across split shifts from Monday to Saturday. The gross annual salary will be 18\.000 euros.
